The Optimal Potentials team, Dianne Quinton, CPCC, PCC and Len Huckabay, CPCC, PCC are professional Leadership and Organizational coaches with more than 40 years of combined corporate experience. They are graduates of the Coaches Training Institute, educated in both Co-Active Coaching and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching. With a focus on leadership development, and coaching for performance and change, Dianne and Len approach the power of leadership with passion and integrity, and don’t settle for the “status quo”. In addition to being certified coaches, they have both been leaders and mentors for many years, and offer clients extensive experience from these perspectives. They have worked with individuals and teams at all organizational levels and their experience is borderless, having worked with people across multiple continents.

As experienced facilitators, Dianne and Len are adept at customizing initiatives to meet client needs. Fuelled by a passion to support leaders in heightening personal awareness, choosing their impact and maximizing potential, they developed the Intentional and Purposeful Leadership workshop series. Clients are unanimous when they say their growth as leaders has been positively impacted by the insights gained through the services the Optimal Potentials team provides. Members of the general public can also access this growth experience, as Dianne and Len are honoured to be instructors for the University of Calgary, Continuing Education, Emerging Leader Certificate program.
